1. Acceptance of terms
By using the dentai.gr website or the dentAI app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the app.
2. The service
dentAI is AI-powered dental practice management software: phone/AI front-desk, appointment booking, digital patient records, dental charting, calendar sync, and related tools, offered to client dental practices.
3. The website demo
The chat widget, the demo call center, and the data shown on dentai.gr are a demonstration. They do not represent a real practice or real patient data. Do not submit real medical data through the demo.
4. Use by client practices
A dental practice's use of the dentAI app is also governed by a separate service agreement and a data processing agreement (DPA) signed with that practice. In case of conflict on data protection matters, the DPA prevails.
5. AI limitations
The AI assistant (phone, chat, visit documentation) can make mistakes or misinterpret information. It does not replace the clinical judgment of the doctor and does not constitute medical advice. The doctor/practice remains solely responsible for every clinical decision, diagnosis, and treatment. We recommend confirming critical appointments and notes before relying on them.
6. Intellectual property
The software, design, content, and dentAI trademark belong to dentAI. Copying, decompiling, or reproducing them without written permission is not allowed.
7. Limitation of liability
The website and demo are provided "as is", without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, dentAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the demo.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the last update.
